If you're up for a little adventure, you can get downtown / Congress Bridge by kayak (25 min depending on wind) Ride Sharing: Ride Austin, Fasten, Fare, Wings Bike Rental: Green Frog (weekly, daily); Red Bike stands Bus: #17 bus to the convention center; #22 goes cross town to Mopac Walking distance from Rainey Street, Cesar Chavez, East 6th Street, and just over a mile to downtown & the convention center This is our beautiful, newly built home. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. It is just far enough to escape the noise of downtown and close enough to enjoy all Austin has to offer in a matter of minutes. One covered parking space and street parking. Small animals are ok, no attack dogs, under 20 pounds. Please pickup after.

Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

We are walking distance (.2 miles) to all the famous Hyde Park eateries ( Quack's, Curra's, Asti's, etc.). We live on the same property, so you will see us! No smokers please, we like to keep our residence smelling fresh and clean. We will charge you an additional fee if the apartment smells like smoke after your stay.
