A nordic minimalist 1 bedroom unit that is only 2-minutes drive to Urbiztondo, San Juan's surfing spots, restaurants, cafés, bars and other famous establishments. If you want a more peaceful visit to the beach, there is also a less populated area which is only 5 minutes walk via access path from the BNB. No environmental fees collected.
