The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Kalami House, 3 BD, sea view, 50m from the beach

Kalami House is a sea view, traditional house, ideal for nature lovers and peaceful holidays. It consists of a ground floor 1-bedroom apartment, and another middle floor and top floor 2-bedroom apartment, which are connected with an external staircase. Kalami House is located a few meters away from a lovely pebble beach and 13 km east of the picturesque town of Chania. A tavern and a traditional cafe can be found at about 1.5 km away and a supermarket at 4 km away. A car is needed for your stay.

Angela Home is a brand new one-bedroom penthouse with a heated Jacuzzi on its large private veranda, with lovely sea views. In Perivolia, an accessible area of Chania, in about 4 klm away from the Old Town and the nearest sandy beach. It is quiet, fully equipped, airy and bright with comfortable spaces and large windows from which you can gaze the sea and the mountains! It is also close to many interesting historical points and natural hiking routes, super or mini markets, pharmacy and taverns.
