Wunderbare Unterkunft im Hinterland von Nizza! Perfekt als startpunkt für Radtouren :) Das Appartment ist perfekt für 4-5 Leute geeignet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber Catherine war eine extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il parcheggio comodo è un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la proprietaria: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, pace e tranquillità, clima mite anche a Capodanno. Casa accogliente non manca nulla, giardinetto recintato e terrazza con vista. Passeggiate a piedi direttamente partendo da casa. Host cordialissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!🤩

Un charmant logement au cœur de Sospel, idéal pour les activés en montagne ou à la mer. Le logement est calme et propre, avec de la place pour se garer à proximité. Élisabeth nous a très bien accueillis et est disponible et arrangeante.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. De ligging is ideaal ten opzichte van diverse grote steden (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) en de bergen. Verder geeft Patrick de nodige tips en handige beschrijvingen voor activiteiten in de buurt. Daarnaast is het zwembad erg schoon om een verfrissende duik te nemen! Verder is het appartement behoorlijk opgeknapt met een nieuwe keuken en gezellige woonkamer. Kortom, een fijne plek om vakantie te vieren!

Apres un acceuil chaleureux,nous avons pris possession du gite simplement décoré . Le seul bemol c'est le manque de stationnement.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

Loved the place. Lars and his family provided everything we needed. The house is spectacular and has a breathtaking view to Nice. This was hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Congrats for keeping it in such pristine condition, Lars. We will probably be back! Thanks, Sebastião

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

Everything was perfect. The host clearly takes great care of this place — it was very clean, well-equipped, and stylish. It's within walking distance of the city center and the marina, with a nice urban view. A great accommodation for sunny days.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Siamo stati bene , l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, un balcone e una terrazza sopra l'appartamento la cui vista sul golfo ripaga della piccola fatica da fare nel percorrere la stradina in salita per raggiungere l'appartamento. I proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Unser Aufenthalt in Italien bei Imperia war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche lang in einer schönen Unterkunft zu verbringen, die uns mit ihrer Vielfalt und ihrem nachhaltigen Charme begeisterte. Die Besitzer, insbesondere die freundliche Gastgeberin Anny, haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gut umsorgt. Am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem selbstgekochten Pasta-Gericht verwöhnt, das mit frischem Gemüse aus Anny's eigenem Garten zubereitet wurde. Anny stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, sei es persönlich oder über eine Messenger App, wenn sie nicht vor Ort war. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kombination aus Nachhaltigkeit, freundlicher Gastfreundschaft und einer schönen Umgebung macht diese Unterkunft zu einem tollen Urlaubsziel. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkehren.

Tous simplement notre meilleur séjour chez un habitant ! Sandra et cinzia sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et pleines de petites attentions. Le logement était plein de charme dans un petit village au calme avec une magnifique vue. Rien à dire sur la propreté et sur le confort de la literie. Nous avons adorés notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 🤗
