We were so happy with this apartment that we came back a second time a couple years later! It truly is lovely. Located in a scenic, historic, walkable neighborhood, it offers so many conveniences including a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, in a spacious, clean setting. A grocery store, restaurant, bar, and several food options are just steps away. If driving in, city parking is a nearby escalator ride away. Daniela, the host, is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back a third time!

Het appartement van Elena is zeer centraal gelegen, maar toch super rustig in een zijstraat. We voelden onszelf meteen thuis in de airbnb. Alles was zeer netjes en vanop het balkon in de slaapkamer heb je een prachtig zicht! Elena zelf was telkens vlot bereikbaar en steeds super aangenaam in de omgang.

We had a great stay here with our two kids (1 and 5). Danilo went above and beyond to welcome us to the place, and was helpful and responsive in answering any questions we had. The location was great — easy walk to old town and down to the lake. Would stay here again.

Prior to my 2025 stay of 4 nights at Casa Fusari, I had not been to Siena for 25 years. So, I was basically seeing it for the first time. My research prepared me for what I wanted to see and photograph (my hobby is photography). Casa Fusari was my best guess at being where I wanted to be. It turned out to be a perfect location. I was 2-3 minutes from the Siena Cathedral complex (the Duomo) and about 5 minutes from IL Campo (the large city square that includes City Hall and the Torre del Mangia). It was also an excellent location relative to a huge selection of restaurants. It was in the ZTL (traffic free zone) which made it very walkable, but it could be reached by taxi. In my experience with Airbnbs in many Italian inner cities, it is hard to find an apartment that does not involve stair climbing and frequently many stairs in cramped spaces. Casa Fusari was only 3 steps from street level and very easy. Having Silvia as the host was the frosting on the cake.

Appartamento spazioso a pochi minuti dal centro ma fuori dalla zona ZTL. Il posto macchina è un plus non da poco perché ce ne sono pochi in zona, inoltre è anche al coperto. Molto apprezzati i consigli dell'host sugli eventi che si tenevano quei giorni in città.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Splendido alloggio a Monticchiello. Pulito, ordinato e fornito del necessario di cui avere bisogno. Situato in ottima posizione sia per il borgo in cui si trova, che per visitare la Val d’Orcia. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi. Marco è stato un host gentile ed educato e se dovessimo tornare in quelle zone, non esiteremo a prenotare di nuovo.

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

Rossella è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. L'alloggio è spaziosissimo, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comodità. La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo!

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa durante il periodo natalizio, e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta! La villa è bellissima, ampia e confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Il grande giardino che la circonda, completo di piscina, regala un’atmosfera di pace e relax che ci ha conquistato fin da subito. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Mirella e a suo marito, persone squisite e sempre disponibili, che ci hanno accolto con calore e professionalità. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema serio durante il nostro soggiorno, si sono mostrati incredibilmente comprensivi e ci hanno permesso di rimanere un giorno in più rispetto al previsto, aiutandoci con grande gentilezza. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, comodità e ospitalità di altissimo livello. Non possiamo che consigliare questa villa e speriamo di poterci tornare presto! Grazie di cuore per tutto!

L’alloggio è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato e con tutte le necessità di cui hai bisogno. Si trova vicino al centro, con le scale mobili sono circa 6 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è un po’ trafficato ma c’è un altro parcheggio lì di fianco, il posto in macchina si trova. Francesco è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! Perfetto per famiglie o per coppie. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Paolo and Carlotta's apartment in Montepulciano. The location was perfect for us, a few steps from the Porta Al Prato at the base of the historic medieval town, yet quiet, with beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, grocery store, enotecas, etc. Carlotta was able to meet us for a early arrival, and Paolo was very prompt in his communication. The place was modern and very nice - a well furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and washer and dryer across the little road out front. We were able to park for free at the bottom of the steps behind the apartment. There is no TV but we did not miss this at all. Strong wifi signal. We very much enjoyed Montepulciano - many very good restaurants and great wine; and it was also a convenient base for exploring Tuscany. We enthusiastically recommend Paolo and Carlotta's apartment.

Andrea’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week with my parents during Easter. The location is right in the center of the Siena, with incredible views of the surrounding hills. The apartment was fully equipped and there were even extras that we did not expect. We did most of our cooking at home, so it was perfect. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful when we reached out. Especially with parking. We had a car and were in and out of the city quite often. I would highly recommend this place. It was an amazing stay and a fantastic host!

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero ottima: Caterina è stata super disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione e davvero gentile: la sua accoglienza ci ha fatto proprio sentire a casa! Ci ha anche dato preziosi consigli su dove parcheggiare e su come organizzare gli spostamenti. La casa è in un'ottima posizione, in una via centrale di Siena, vicino a un supermercato e a molti altri negozi. La sua posizione riparata (si affaccia su un cortile interno, lontano dalla strada) le permette di essere molto silenziosa, senza alcun rumore esterno. La casa è molto bella, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (un ulteriore punto a favore sono i molti libri interessanti da leggere!), ottima sia per soggiorni brevi sia per quelli più lunghi! Consigliato assolutamente!

We loved staying at Massimiliano‘s apartment during our 4-night stay in Siena. It was clean and offered everything you might need. More important, it was not in the center of Siena where it can get rather crowded and noisy on afternoons and evenings and during the weekend. If you do not mind a 10 to 15 minute (slightly uphill) walk, then this apartment is definitely for you. The communication with Massimiliano was always easy and on time. Would definitely stay here again!
