The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).

Free outdoor parking available however upon request an alternative indoor secured parking is available.

Zentral gelegene 3.5-Zimmerwohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Post sind nur Vis-a-Vis der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohnraum. Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist geräumig.
