Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV.

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.

This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.
