While the finishes and decor emphasize the connection to our 1918 roots, this cabin provides the creature comforts you’ll crave after a long day exploring the beautiful Buffalo National River and all of nature’s sights and sounds.

Paul’s Place is a cozy studio cabin only a five minute drive from some of the best spots on the Buffalo National River. Whether you want a sandy beach to swim or a relaxing place to float, you will be in a great location. It’s also located within driving distance of Branson, Mo and only 10 minutes to Kenda Drive- In Theatre. The cabin is in a quiet private area with abundant wildlife. The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. Enjoy the sound of the train as it passes through this historic railroad community.

A four minute drive from the Bull Shoals White River State Park, guests have easy access to fishing and boating in the beautiful river. The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.

Conveniently located on the town square where you can walk to the grocery store, several restaurants, and a pub. This is a great central location for all of your outdoor adventures with only about 20 mins to the Buffalo National River, Bull Shoals Lake, or world class fishing on the White River.

Conveniently located less than 2 miles (5 minutes) from the river, this 7-acre property joins the national park land. Small, but cozy, our tiny house tucked in the woods provides everything you need on your Natural State adventure. The cabin is ideal for two people, but can accommodate three.
