Barn - Cotswolds, Stratford, Ragley, NEC, Warwick.

The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Byfield House

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

Annex with countryside views

Escape to the countryside in our cosy two bedroomed fully contained annex. Wonderful views and countryside walks in our 23 acre plot with 8 acres of ancient woodland to explore. To the rear of the property, windows overlook the paddock where our resident donkeys live. The annex is fully insulated and heated throughout by individually controlled heating so you will be warm and comfortable all year round. Young children must be kept under close supervision as the property is not child safe.

The Venue Luxury Barn

"The One With The Slide" a luxurious open plan barn conversion with enormous hot tub, games table, 65 inch TV and yes - a slide down from the luxury mezzanine bed chamber. Ideal for couples alone or with kids. A fully equip kitchen, large bathroom with 2 person shower, fantastic countryside views and an outdoor space, light the fire pit (wood not provided) for added ambiance and stargaze the autumn Skys from our hilltop location. 1 bedroom with a king size double plus 1 double sofa bed.

The Lodge is a spacious characterful countryside retreat. It's a unique peaceful property located in the beautiful tranquil private grounds of the historic Old Windmill. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for friends meeting or families on holiday. It's wonderful in the summer with the wild garden and natural pond and also snug in the winter. The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. NO FISHING , SWIMMING OR WIFI
