Located off the Back of the Dragon Trail & bordered by Hungry Mother State Park along with George Washington & Jefferson National Forest. Nearby multiple wilderness areas, superb mountain stream fishing, small lake fishing, swimming area & beach, wildlife management areas & miles of trails offer tons of natural amenities and outdoor opportunities.

The Haven on The Virginia Creeper Trail

Located on the Virginia Creeper bike trail, we are only a 20 min. drive from the summit of beautiful Whitetop Mtn. If hiking and biking are your thing, this is the place to stay, as we are 3 miles from the Appalachian Trail, and a 20 min. drive to Grayson Highlands state park. Downtown Damascus is a 25 min. drive, and Abingdon is 40 minutes. Both towns have cute shops, restaurants, coffee, parks, and antique stores. Bristol is located approx. 50 min. from our home, and Boone, NC about an hour.

Sky Retreat, located just 1mile off the Blue Ridge Parkway, offers something for everyone to enjoy. Stay in one of the 14 log cabins, hike the famous Mountains to Sea Trail to the nearby Cascade Waterfall, enjoy a tubing/kayaking trip, visit the local petting farm, or relax after a busy day outdoors with an onsite massage or yoga class. In a dark sky zone, it is perfect for stargazing or enjoying roasting s'mores by a bonfire. Sky Retreat also offers a premier wedding and event venue.

Evergreen Retreat

This is a peaceful cabin located just minutes to Boone, Blowing Rock and West Jefferson. Relax and enjoy the scenic views, tall trees and sounds of the nearby creek! There are numerous hikes in the area and other outdoor activities such as kayaking, skiing, apple-picking and Christmas Tree cutting. Whitewater between the Creeper Trail and river!

Our Whitewater cabin has two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom, and sleeps four guests. The cabin faces the river and has a great view of a tranquil swimming hole from the porch. The back of the cabin is just steps from the Creeper Trail. This cabin boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, a covered porch with a gas grill, AC, Smart Tv with satellite and Wi-Fi. Eagle Crest Lodge

Eagle Crest Lodge started its life as a horse barn. We converted it from 5 horse stalls and a hayloft to a cozy lodge with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens and beautiful covered porches. The Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 18 people and its 3 acres of pasture land leads down to a quiet finger on South Holston Lake. It will be an experience you won't forget.
