This was our third time staying at the lavender house. Obviously, we love it! Lisa is a wonderful host, quick to respond and obviously takes pride in ensuring her guests enjoy their stay. The house is beautiful! Decorated throughout with antiques, and the hardwood floors and exposed wood beams in the ceiling, it has a historical feeling, with all the modern necessities (dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc). And the town of Gettysburg is just a 10 minute drive and has something for everyone, from a plethora of shops and restaurants to breweries and museums. We have walked through the battlefields and even toured Eisenhower’s farm. This area is rich with history and beautiful scenery. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back! Lisa also owns The Pub right in the town square which has delicious food and an impressive bar menu!

We were blown away at how beautiful and serene Sara’s cottage was while still being convenient to downtown Leesburg. Sara was an excellent host. We look forward to staying again next time we’re in town!

My family loved the house! It's lovely with large rooms! Great kitchen and dining area! We loved the porch and property! So thankful to be able to take our dog too!

We had a wonderful stay at Lea’s home. We traveled with a 7 and 3 year old and we really appreciated the family friendly amenities, games and toys. She also made you feel right at home with a welcoming message and snacks for the family. We also appreciated the park and playground that was right behind the house- the kids loved that. She provided metro cards to use, which was great. Metro was about a 15 minute walk from the location and it was near a shopping center and many restaurants. Definitely recommend !

We were in the area for a weekend football tournament. Most other parents got hotel rooms and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision to book this airbnb!! The bang for your buck is remarkable! The extra amenities that have been thought about to make sure you are taken care of were seriously appreciated! My teenage son loved the feel of the place! He was very intrigued with all the paintings! The vibe definitely made him super comfortable! Oh and the ease of communication and flexibility with Roman was the cherry on top! Thank you for a pleasant stay!!

The Stay at the Apple farm was incredible. The Farmhouse was warm and cozy. My two girls loved the Farm and the barn and Pond. they want to come back again in the summer to see the Apple Trees in bloom. The was an awesome place to stay with my family. Brian M.

Sarah's Alpaca Farm guest house was the perfect getaway for our family. It's even better in person! Sarah thought of everything possible that we would need to be comfortable and at home. The kids really enjoyed feeding the alpacas and petting some of them. There are 3 very sweet dogs that they loved to play with as well. It is about half a mile walk from the guest house to see the alpacas but it's a beautiful picturesque stroll. You can drive there too. No matter which direction you look, the views are breathtaking. At night we took advantage of the thoughtfully set up fire pit out front, where Boots the sweet cat would hang out with us. Sarah's guest house is where you want to be if you're looking for something quiet, peaceful and if you love animals. The super flexible check-in and check-out times was so nice. It's like being on a true vacation beacuse we didn't have to set our alarm clocks to rush out of there. House instructions were kept short and sweet. Thank you Sarah!

One of the best shared spaces of any Airbnb I've ever stayed at. You have your own kitchen and bathroom in your unit, but the co-working shared space is so warm and inviting, you'll what to spend as much time there as you can. In the morning, fresh coffee in ready by 07:00 and you can enjoy it with some peaceful background music. The hosts are really trying to create a healthy and friendly environment, and they do a wonderful job. highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

Emi's place was magnificent. It is only about a 10 min walk to the metro station, which can take you into DC. The ride to The Mall is only 20 minutes. The unit is a spacious basement apartment but plenty of light comes in. The bedroom is separate from the kitchenette and living room area. It also has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a cold water dispenser. There is a major supermarket within 2 miles to buy food and other goods during our stay. The owner was always responsive and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. I would reconsider renting her place when I return.

My husband and I stayed at Kerry’s place for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We loved that it felt cozy and warm on a very chilly weekend. It’s perfectly located above the great coffee shop Before & After and is right on the main drag of Sperryville. Parking behind the apartment is super easy, and the apartment is just a few minutes by foot from RPK, The Corner Store, and Francis (cocktail bar). Kerry was super helpful and responsive and we loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was a perfect space for my husband and I and our dog. So close to the national park and very cute towns nearby to explore. Yvette was very friendly and we would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I were very pleased with our lodging. The photos and description were accurate. The rooms were very clean and even though it was still cold out, the heating inside was perfect. We loved how quiet the area was. Out side at night you could hear the proverbial "pin drop". We were within walking distance to all attractions. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Carlisle House is in a great location to allow you to experience Carlisle. The breakfast each morning was delicious and Kathy and Chloe were delightful. They even accommodated some of our special dietary needs! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! ‘

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and we really appreciated the great recommendations on what to see and do around the area. It truly made our trip extra special. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolute GREAT time!! Pat was an amazing host, and the space was so beautiful! Just to sleep in the historical house was an incredible experience, and then to top it off, Pat provided us with an amazing breakfast! Everywhere you looked there were snacks, an open pantry, and many spaces to eat, chill, and read. We loved our stay!

Bob and Pamela were awesome hosts. They were friendly and welcoming and enjoyable to talk with. We found there location in the small quiet town of Littlestown to be easy to find and safe. They had a great place to park the car near the home and off the street. Their home is delightfully decorated and was clean and spacious and relaxing. Some of our group took time to swim in their in-ground pool which was surrounded by lovely landscaping. Each morning we were served a hot breakfast with fresh fruit and juice which was very good. They made us feel like family!

This was a perfect stay for us! Keith was a generous and responsive host who immediately made us feel right at home. The space was super clean and location convenient for our evening event. Keith greeted us in person and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly conversation in the morning. Easy parking, clear and detailed messages, and the kindness of Keith contributed to a wonderful memory. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Denise was a great host. Very responsive and took care of all our needs. The room was clean, exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. No complaints and served our needs perfectly. I was in town for a meeting and able to walk to my destination from the BnB. I would recommend without hesitation.

Lovely, serene, quiet, comfy. Felt welcome upon arrival with Kendall. Marsha gave brief history of the farm, kind and open hearted. Josie, her 11 year old daughter was 100% awesome in our Tour of grounds and animals and we had a nice walk down to Bridge together. Breakfast was great, a country menu as i am used to growing up in WV, but been in Ca for 35 years!! So Nostalgia was EPIC HERE!!! 💖💖💖

Great location! Perfectly located close to all of the major attractions in town with the convenience of an included parking space. We appreciated the 24 hour kitchen with coffee and snacks! Barbara was responsive to inquiries and readily available for information/assistance. It was quiet, quaint, and just the right space for our weekend getaway. My boyfriend also loved the WWII decor, antiques, and vintage advertising!

Absolutely fantastic Airbnb experience, 10/10 recommend. I try and stay at the Olinger House every time I visit Gettysburg. Bradley and Gabe are kind and hospitable hosts, genuinely good people. The house is all around amazing. I might add that the surrounding area is walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants. This is the place you want to stay while you are in Gettysburg.
