It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and drier, and fully stocked kitchen . Located across from the Naval Air Station, where you can watch practicing Blue Angels from the deck and enjoy a beautiful, blue, calm water from the bay. The house is renovated and stocked with brand new appliances and furniture.

This 1400 sq ft home has plenty to offer 4+ guests. Primary has a king bed, and second suite has a full sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed, floor space to exercise, & table. The couch is extra wide and has linens for a 6th sleeper if needed. The kitchen/dining area look out on a screened porch leading to a paver patio and firepit in this private backyard. The great room has L spaced couch, TV, poker table, bar, w/reading nook. Laundry is off the kitchen.

Just minutes from Fast Eddies Amusement park, 5 minutes away from a second amusement/water park Splash, 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from interstate and less than 10 minutes from the mall!!! The house is 20 minutes to Pensacola beach, 30 minutes to Perdido Key beach!!! There is a pool table, jumbo jenga, spacious back yard, covered grill area, large charcoal grill, and plenty of space for your group to enjoy!!!!

Blue Bayou Cottage -1 mile from Boat Ramp.

Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.

Relax by Perdido bay or enjoy the wet lands and forest surrounding our home with the fenced in back yard. The home is 15 minutes to white sandy beaches of Perdido Key and only 20 minutes to all that Pensacola has to offer and explore. The national naval aviation museum for the blue angels is 15 minutes/10 miles away, you can see them fly by on Tues and Wed during practice season!
