Nancy is a fabulous host. I grew up in North Andover and my sister lives 2 minutes from Nancy. We were hosting 15 for thanksgiving dinner and it was easy in her kitchen. Thanksgiving morning Nancy delivered a homemade cranberry breakfast bread! So sweet!! The home was beautiful and clean and the landscape/setting absolutely gorgeous. She was so accommodating to advise how to get my aged parents who were in wheel chairs into the house! Her communication was great!

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

booked this charming property in Worcester as a convenient spot to visit my son, who attends college nearby, and for family weekend at Boston University, where my daughter just started school. Hotels in Boston were priced from $600 to $1,200 per night, so finding this home was ideal. I brought along my elderly mother, who is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s, and I was hoping for a place that would feel like a true home—a space where we could spend quality time together in the evenings and early mornings. This home exceeded our expectations. The description was spot on, and the space was everything we needed and more. I especially enjoyed sitting outside by the fireplace each morning for my prayers and reflections. The rooms were fantastic, and watching our football game on Sunday night on the "big screen wall" was a highlight. Many thanks to the hosts for providing such a welcoming and memorable place for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We had 7 people and this home was spacious and clean. Maxine was also very responsive and helpful. I had forgot my jacket here after checkout and was able to arrange to pick it up. The area was also nice and peaceful.

UNBRIDLED JOY. Dara and Paige's house is welcoming right away, with a comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with fun, bright decor. The house radiates joy and fun and comfort. My friend and I took a last-minute getaway here, and it was exactly what we needed. The colors are both cheerful and calm, and the place is furnished for relaxing cozily. We had a blast shopping the items in the house, which is a wonderful unique twist. Everything was exactly as described and better. Communication was SUPERB. You couldn't ask for two kinder or more caring hosts. We especially appreciated the attention to accessibility since I have some mobility issues. We can't wait to go back again. Everything about this house raises our spirits and makes us laugh out loud with delight. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU!!!!!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Our stay was lovely! We travel to MA multiple times a year and have stayed in MANY Airbnb’s… this place is at the top of our list!

Erin's place was clean, comfortable, pleasantly appointed, and very well stocked. I only wish we had had better weather to take advantage of the lovely deck. If we go back to Plum Island, I would consider renting this place again. I would like to make one suggestion for Erin's place and all Airbnb's that I have rented. Many of us are seniors and getting into and out of tubs, even some showers, would be a lot safer with hand holds and mats for the floor of the tub or shower. These additions would not be a deterrent for a younger crowd, but would be a very appealing addition for seniors worth mentioning in descriptions of the properties.

It was a lot bigger then we expected which was great for our family. It was so quiet and peaceful, great to wind down on the back porch after a long day. Samuel was quick to respond to any messages. It wasn't to far from the battle green in Lexington. It was a wonderful week for us and if we return to the area I will definitely be looking for this house again.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

We come to this large house to Quilt and knit twice a year. On a nice day the back deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the trees and view. It's a comfortable place to be.

Fatima's place was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of space we had for a large group. The transit nearby was down but they still had busses to accommodate. Definitely an amazing value for what we paid. I'd definitely recommend it for a bachelor party or any large group outing. We couldn't have had a better time!

The apartment was as listed, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed to stay there. It was centrally located to all the areas we went to. The directions to get in were very clear. Dev was very responsive when I contacted him and it was overall a great stay.

The house was as described. It was spacious and homey feeling. The beds were comfy, as well as the furniture. Great place and great neighbors, too. Super convenient. We’d definitely stay again and be return guests.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. Lauren’s house was the perfect place to stay for Christmas. It had everything we could possibly need and the garage was so convenient. I appreciated the night lights throughout the house. I felt very much at home and would highly recommend staying at Lauren’s!

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

This house was perfect for our family and friends. We were a group of 16 and the house meet our needs. We attended an event at Fenway and Gillette Stadium, the location was great. Tom and Marissa were great host and communication with them was easy. We would stay with them again if traveling to this area.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Absolutely LOVED this house!! We were a group of 7 there for a family vacation. The home was super comfy and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds and linens were truly SWOONWORTHY and I'm now upset that I didn't take down the brand so I can order some for myself :) Lots of vacation rentals attempt a nautical interior design, very few actually pull it off well. Dominique's place is one of them! The aesthetic is so point. Lots of lovely, well placed details. All class, no tack. Loved! I highly recommend.
