Private Studio with attached bathroom. Has full Kitchen, Laundry, and private entrance on an 18-acre gated urban farm. Free Parking on premises. New 0.8 mike hiking trail wraps around the farm. Great for pets with big, fenced yard. There are bunnies, goats, chickens, and ducks; so fresh eggs daily. BBQ area, fire pit, water falls, pond, panorama sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, home gym, outdoor movie screen, and a porch library. 30mins to DC, 15mins to National Harbor, 10 mins to Costco n shops.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.
