My family and I stayed at Krissia’s place over Spring Break. The house looks just like the pictures. My kids had fun running around the yard. There’s a grocery store within walking distance and we tried Anthony’s Place one night for dinner. Large portions and the food was great. Beds were comfy and shower was nice. We were about 20-30 minutes from DC pending traffic.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Baljinder's house was exactly as described in the photos and information provided. Lots of space, clean, ample amenities, and great communication from the host. Easy self-check in. Great backyard area and near many places to eat and explore. I highly recommend staying at Baljinder's beautiful and cozy home in Bristow, VA!

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

Although I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances the host is 5⭐️. The host was extremely understanding & able to adjust the reservation to my needs! The host offers a great add on package for convenience to bring an ambiance to the stay. In the future if I need a place in the area I would definitely use the host again.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

Great location. Loved the beautiful neighborhood, friendly people, and convenience to markets, restaurants, and touring. I highly recommend this unit.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

We were on a road trip and could not have asked for a better place to arrive to! Just so beautiful and so welcoming! A place I would love to live in, nevermind visit! The hosts were excellent communicators, supportive of our plans, and even left a lovely note - and wine! And a coffee bar! Five stars all day long!

Leslie's apartment is a great location if traveling to the DC area without a car. It is within a 10 minute walk of a metro line that takes visitors to many of the common DC sites such as the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetary, and National Mall area without the need to transfer to a different line. The National Zoo is also easy to reach from her location. Highly recommend for visitors. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean.

The house is as described full of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the piano and sauna. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for everything

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

This was an amazing place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Good Vacation House! The house is really nice clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. They offer free tea and coffee, snacks, oh my God, I REALLY liked that! There’s also free paper towel, free toilet paper, and free kitchen and bathroom soap. Everything is provided just like at home!

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! Everything was spotless and beds were perfect (not too hard and not too soft). Our family of six unanimously wants to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in DC, Aman and Krista!

To start this review off, Amir was a lifesaver for our group. We had an issue with our other Airbnb where we booked and had to leave at 2:00 AM. Amir responded to our message very late at night and allowed a seamless check-in. Thank you so much! On top of that, we really loved our stay here! The space is very large and comfortable for a group. The coffee bar is stocked too! We loved the outdoor spaces but didn't end up really taking advantage of them. The house is well located in relation to DC and a short drive from the Metro (not walkable). It's a beautiful space and very modern! It's clean, safe, and perfect for a group that wants to spend time in DC and have a peaceful place to return to. A great place to stay!

My partner, two dogs and I had a wonderful stay here. First and foremost, the home was on a quiet, beautiful street, and the home itself was lovely and as described. Plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up with a book, do some work, or just ponder. It is a easily drivable to the metro and to plenty of things in and around Bethesda to do. Second, Kate was a great host. Very accommodating, incredibly nice, and always responsive. Two key points for travelers: 1. We are dog owners and travel frequently with our dogs. If you are too, we particularly recommend Kate as she was accommodating of our dogs (even let us know of the treat stash), which is very important. 2. Relatedly, if you are not a dog person, you should still stay here because there was absolutely no evidence that any dog had ever stayed there (not that we would mind, but we understand others may). No dog fur, not dog stains, no dog smell. The place was pristine. So don't let the positive review dogs, concern you. A+++
