The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Blockhütte in den Bayerischen Alpen. Wir haben dieses Blockhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, da dies unser Beruf ist. Das Blockhaus befindet sich in der Nähe unserer Zimmerei und kleiner Landwirtschaft und befindet sich mitten im Dorf, Achtung nicht auf einem Berg oder auf einen Alm. Das Dorf lebt! Von ihrem Fenster aus können Sie gelegentlich beobachten, wie ein neues Blockhaus vorbereitet wird. Hier erleben Sie das Landleben hautnah!

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Isolato dal centro del paese, questo chalet, ti offre relax, contatto con la natura, un panorama mozzafiato e la privacy di cui hai bisogno per staccare dalla solita routine... Un paradiso.. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e avventurieri solitari.

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).Die Hütte ist auf ca.1000m Seehöhe mit wunderschönem Bergpanorama.
