We are 30 minutes from Brattleboro to the east, with its many shops and restaurants, and 12 minutes from the small town of Wilmington to our west, with some restaurants, shops, and a supermarket However, we always recommend bringing groceries, etc., for your first night and next morning. Cottontail Cottage - Snowshoes, Fireplace & Sauna

Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

Centrally located for day trips to breweries, hikes and restaurants. We have hiking trails for snowshoeing and exploring our woods full of wildlife. Deer, bear, bobcat, owls, porcupine, wild turkey, grouse and more. Enjoy a fire outside or relax in front of the hearth. WiFi for traveling workers & dog friendly.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

Nestled in the hills of Bethel, we live in an area rich with skilled farmers, shepherds, cheese makers, and artists. We make apple cider from our orchard, raise chickens, make maple syrup, and grow produce for our family. Our home is surrounded by far reaching views, big skies and lush countryside.
