Surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking panoramic view, this solar powered house will not cease to surprise you! Kitchen and living room are not separated by any wall and this creates an open and comfortable environment. We grow our food in an organic way and we have 8 chickens and 2 goats, which provide us with fresh milk and eggs every day. So don't waste your time in crowded resorts and boring apartments. Taste the simple life in this energy-independent large detached studio in the tiny village of Kalidonia, 10min drive to the beache of Kolymbari. Kolymbari offers all kinds of shop's, super market's and excellent restaurant's specializing in local seafood! You can also drive to the divine beaches of Balos, Falasarna, or Elafonissi in 30-60 minutes. The town of Chania is a 30 min (28km) drive,and the airport is 50 min (46km) the busy Town of Kasteli (Kissamos ) is a 15min drive!

IT IS REALLY CLOSE - BY CAR - TO ALMOST EVERY PLACE THAT A GUEST WOULD LIKE TO VISIT/ENJOY/EXPLORE IN THIS PART OF OUR BEUTIFUL ISLAND ( FALASSARNA, UNIQUE ELAFONISSI, BALOS, CHANIA CITY, PALEOCHORA, KOLYMVARI, ETC).

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains.
