Val-de-Marne: aluguel por temporada com acesso a lago

This is a great apartment, really spacious. We were 3 people but it is big enough for 6. It’s easy enough to get into Paris on the RER & if you want to get an Uber back at night it’s quite quick and reasonable at approx €21-26, but it does take a bit longer & is more expensive at peak times so it’s worth using the RER - it’s easy to download a digital Navigo pass on the IDR website and then scan in with your phone. There are stores & bakeries nearby but we didn’t try the local restaurants so can’t comment on those. We used it as a base for exploring Paris and Versailles & were out all day - it worked well as it’s nice to come back to such a comfortable apartment - lots of space inside and out and very helpful hosts. Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der Unterkunft. Wir würden den Gastgebern auch Recht geben, dass die Unterkunft grundsätzlich für 9 Personen geeignet ist. Folgendes sollte man wissen: Das Haus recht hellhörig ist. Wenn alle einen ähnlichen Rhythmus haben, ist das aber kein Problem. Schön wären Möglichkeiten zum hängen und ablegen von Kleidung in allen Zimmern. In 2 Zimmern war nur jeweils eins möglich. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich wie beschrieben. Schöne Küche, genug Geschirr, bequeme Betten, gute Lage. Caroline hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet (max.15 Minuten), war sehr Lösungsorientiert und immer sehr freundlich😀 Danke dafür!🫶🏽

The house is located away from the chaotic center of Paris and near the Bois de Vincennes. Frank was always available and responsive and his house was a really peaceful niche as in the pictures. It’s a REAL house where Frank lives normally, so you will find everything you need for your stay. Adequate for up to 4 adults (2 rooms with a double bed each). Two points to consider: 1. Open and slippery, the in-house staircase would not be completely secure for little children. 2. If you are not accustomed to squeaking parquet or partition with plasterboard, noise generated from inside could bother you. On the other hand, the house is well isolated from the noise of the outside.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

Das Appartement von Janet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Janet ist sehr freundlich, war sehr flexibel was die Schlüsselübergabe angeht und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The property had everything that one needs to have a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own food. I will recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Paris. Nadim has a very excellent communication, he replies within minutes every time I text him and checks on me from time to time if I needed anything or had a question. First class accommodation, would highly recommend! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. Very clean and well presented. Plenty of amenities, lovely quiet location, with lots of shops nearby. Metro within walking distance. Check in and check out was very easy. Alexandra was so friendly and very helpful with lots of local knowledge. Would come again, thank you!

Mehdii was a great guest, communicated very well, explained in detail all about the apartment, so that our arrival and stay was smooth and comfortable. Ramy was a great host. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location with easy access to public transport. It was a really easy stay in a home from home.

Such a wonderful stay we had. Jason was super responsive. The place was beautiful and so clean! Everything was so tidy and smelling so fresh. We felt at home while entering! Beautiful interior and a very beautiful view as well! Would book this again for sure!

grote, nette woning met ruime parkeer mogelijkheden. grote slaapkamers en een aparte eetkamer en aparte woonkamer. Erg prettig.

Our family had an amazing time at Khady’s properties. It was well decorated, extremely clean and perfect location to go to Disneyland. The breakfast was also amazing! The kids loved it! Thank you very much for your great service!
