Tuscan Archipelago: aluguel por temporada em lofts

We had a great stay at Dolce Vita, we arrived late at night. We received a good picture documentation how to get through the gate and in the house. Since they had vacancies they upgraded us free of charge to a bigger room, which was highly appreciated.

The apartment is inside the ZTL zone in the Forte Stella, spacious inside and outside, sitting on the wall of the yard can have a complete overview of Portoferraio both the harbor and the broad sea outside. It’s 5 min walking distance from the Spiaggia Le Viste, it’s a stunning beach not on ads, we came in the 3rd week of August and this is the least crowded beach without commercial umbrellas. Right in front of the beach is a famous diving point, we took a boat tour around the island with AQUAVISION the bottom of the boat is transparent and we saw a lot of fishes in the sea. The apartment is well designed, not easy to find but Gabriele is very patient. We’ve lucky, always managed to park in the white-line parking place closest to the apartment, the key is to go out in the morning, come back before 4 pm. From 4 pm to the evening we stayed on the spiaggia Le Viste.

We had a great stay at Andrea’s apartment in Porto Santo Stefano. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to stay while visiting friends and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We absolutely loved the view and the amazing location. Andrea was very accommodating about our unfortunate late arrival and very responsive to any messages. We ate great pizza at Pizz & Core and while we were sad that Tony’s pizzeria (right downstairs) was closed on a Monday night - we also had a great meal at Da Zirio The weather wasn’t the best for us with unseasonal rain but we had a brilliant visit to “Il Giardino Dei Tarocchi” and found an amazing little art gallery “JB Art”. What a beautiful place to visit. We will be back!

Studio au rez-de-chaussée bien équipé, très propre, emplacement idéal proche de la mer et de plusieurs pubs/restaurants. Parking à proximité. Stefano et Paola sont très gentils et disponibles. Vivement recommandé ! j'ai passé un très bon séjour.

Soggiornare da giovanni è stato come sentirsi in famiglia. Giovanni è stato davvero gentile, ci ha fornito consigli sulla zona, ed è stato ricettivo e premuroso rispetto a qualsiasi nostra necessità e bisogno. La casa, semplice ma pulita ed essenziale, si trova in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde e in mezzo a galli e animali, oltre ad essere vicinissima alle maggiori attrazioni (Portoferraio, fortezza del Volterraio). Sicuramente da tornare!! Grazie Giovanni.

La Capanna at il Cassetino exceeded our expectations! What a beautiful place. First off, it is hard to find but Rossano met us in Radicondoli (a town at the top of a steep hill) and we followed him along a dirt track which we soon got used to. The surroundings are beautiful and they have thought of everything. There was a playground for kids, the pool area is secluded to afford some privacy, not too deep so good for kids, lounge chairs, bench, parasols nearby. There is an iron, a washing machine, cooking utsensils in a well-equipped kitchen, two (very) firm beds, and a sofa and rocking chair. There was even a stand and pegs to dry clothes outside. Grazia and Rossano were a delight - they live on the complex but they do not intrude - They gave helpful advice and left us to it. We had a wonderful 5 day stay, used the pool twice, and it was an amazing base for Siena, Florence and nearby. Absolutely worth 5 stars and I would stay there again.

L'appartamento di Francesco è delizioso. Silenziosissimo è accogliente. Conosco Campiglia da sempre, e questa è tipica casetta perfetta per viverti a pieno l'atmosfera di questo meraviglioso paese. L'arrivo all'appartamento è un po' pesante, in quanto tutto in salita, ma già me lo aspettavo! Francesco è stato super disponibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di Check-in e out. Se posso permettermi di dare un piccolo consiglio, renderei disponibili anche asciugamani e lenzuola, considerando sempre la fatica per raggiungere l'appartamento, in particolare con le valige! Grazie ancora di tutto!
