There is a second family room in case half of the crowd prefers to watch another movie. 2 enormous decks that have umbrellas for shade, dining tables and sitting areas.

We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival.
