Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Our beautiful adobe pool house is a Tucson gem. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace, and stylish modern furnishings with large windows looking out to trees and sparkling pool. Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
