Located in the heart of Noank (approx. 1.2 mi from ONE) ,this is a local meeting place for breakfast, lunch or ice cream. It has an old fashion soda fountain counter and stools, a few booths and in the warmer weather, a few outside tables. For the Lobster lover, they frequently have lobster eggs benedict.

Carsons is a classic old diner. It's like walking into a time warp in. the best way. There is a counter with a few seats and then a couple of small booths.
