If you like history you must visit here . It really present rich history and culture . The museum hold different special topic exhibition sometimes . If you want to visit there please take red line to Shilin station then transfer bus 307 to museum . You can also visit the Shilin night market ( Jian tan station ) by the way.

It has a permanent collection of nearly 700,000 pieces of ancient Chinese imperial artifacts and artworks, a result of former president Mr. Chiang Kai-Shek's decision to move some of the most valuable items out from the Forbidden City in Beijing to Taiwan after the civil war broke out.
