Go no further than their tacos, which range from a sort of California traditional crispy beer-battered fish to a Korean take with kalbi-marinated salmon, kimchi aioli, pickled cucumber, cilantro slaw, and red chili sesame salsa to the Pacific, which is swordfish, poblano peppers, onions, cabbage, pico de gallo, and house salsa.
