Excellent Mexican taqueria open late. The guys at the counter are friendly and fun and the food always hits the spot. Bring cash, since they don't accept credit cards.

Tacos. True Chicago Mex style. Get the Carne Asada con ceballo y cilantro. [Steak with onion and cilantro.] Good stuff! Weekly requirement for me.

This is a great spot for some no-frills (authentic? I wouldn't know) tacos and other Mexican food.
