Since opening in 1990, The Red Sea(opens in new window) has been a standby for delicious and authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean meals. And don't get me wrong, the food is incredible; but what really sets The Red Sea apart is that—unlike most Ethiopian restaurants—it's also a night club. Where else can you start your night by sharing a massive platter of Ethiopian food with friends, then seamlessly transition over to the bar to hit the dance floor?

Be part of the large East African community in Minneapolis. If you've never had Ethiopian food, just bring a few friends and get the sampler platter. So damn good.
