When in Holland, you have to have at least 1 Indonesian dinner. The spices will open your sinuses, but don't overpower the flavors. If the heat becomes too much, the staff is close-by with mango juice

An opportunity for meeting the Indonesian cuisine! It's pretty spicy. I have seen discolouring a table companion alternately white and red. Ah, those satés kambing!
