(11 min drive) Looking for somethinga little more private for a relaxing beach day or walk. This beach has you covered. This beach opens up to the lovely Long Island Sound which can be very rocky at times.

Local beach just a few minutes walking down the community staircase or driving to one of the nearby parking areas (permits may be required to park)

This is a hidden little gem in Riverhead, it is one of the most gorgeous beaches around, and has one of the best views for sun sets in Long Island. The parking permit is tricky though, its for residents only, so it works to park at a restaurant close by and bicycle over or take an uber but its worth it

This is the perfect Sunset spot. A beautiful bay beach 15 minutes away from the camper.

Beautiful close beach! $35 to park. Ignore private beach signs, they are not official. Walk to ship wrecks and experience beautiful sunsets on the water.
