Love walking here in day day watch all the fishing boats return. There is stores and restaurants all round. Same place for the night life. Very family friendly.

I recommend this place for a place to take a short boat trip on the beautiful Destin Harbor. It's also a few docks to rent a pontoon boat or jet skis (Reservations are highly recommended).

Great mix of family friendly fun and a night time scene! Worth the visit. There is usually some sort of live music, bars, karaoke, zip lining and more!

Travelers can enjoy unparalleled views of the harbor's ships and spend time watching them sail in and out of the area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to check out along the boardwalk as well; past visitors described the boardwalk's venues as enjoyable but touristy. When the sun sets, the fun continues at the boardwalk bars and restaurants where there's often live entertainment. While there are nightlife options here, visitors said the boardwalk still retains a family-friendly atmosphere. If a relaxing stroll on the boardwalk is too calm of an activity for you, consider something more exciting. From the boardwalk, you can embark on a number of different adventures: There are places to rent kayaks and paddleboards, as well as stands selling parasailing and Jet Skiing excursions. While the boardwalk is free to enter, you might find yourself spending on food and trinkets; some previous visitors felt shopping in the area was a little overpriced but worth it because of the atmosphere.
