A very small restaurant serving delicious local food! We love going here and the menu changes very frequently depending on season and availability of produce. Field's menu is rather small but therefore all the food prepared is very fresh, delicious and sometimes a bit different. There is a very reasonably priced pre-theatre menu (available 5.30-6.45) with 3 courses for approximately £17. Because of its size the restaurant tends to be busy and it is worth calling to make a reservation before hand.

Currently my favourite restaurant in town - only about ten tables so very cosy intimate space. Very affordable and, in my mind, the best table in town. Very friendly owner

Very nice wee restaurant which we frequent for their pre-theatre menu (being on student budget). Lovely ambience and service to make your dining experience very enjoyable!
