I personally like it better than the Peking Duck House, but to each his own. Soup Dumplings (aka, steamed juicy pork buns) and" wonton's in spicy sauce" are the sht!

Located in the heart of Chinatown, I go there every other months for Spicy Beef. If you go during lunch time, ask for lunch special menu, very reasonably priced.
