Poffertjes are typical Dutch and so good! They're small mini pancakes (kind of like blini's, but fluffier and sweet with butter and powdered sugar). Must have when in the Netherlands! You can have them as a snack, or as breakfast or lunch depending on your apetite :)

Poffertjes is my favourite, sweet, typically Dutch treat. Even better than pancakes!
