The lesser known of the vineyards on Church Bay Rd, it’s worth making the effort to go up the road just a little further. Chances are you’ll get to meet the winemaker, who is quite a character and you’ll walk away knowing a little more about wine having chatted to him. This wine is unique, with minimal intervention in the process it’s a lot cleaner than most wines, thus minimising the chance of any hangover - bonus!
