Cultural Centre is home to two excellent state art galleries, an amazing library featuring stunning views of the city and one of Australia's top museums. About 350 metres away, it's also the quickest way to reach the Brisbane River for a very scenic walk along the boardwalk to South Bank.

Excellent rainy day option! The museum, modern are gallery and theatres are down by the river in south Brisbane. Walking distance to Southbank so you can spend the whole day there if you want! All day parking is $17 under the cultural centre with is much cheaper than Southbank. There is some free road parking at the weekend around south Brisbane.

Take the 444 bus from the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and get off at the Cultural Centre stop for a day exploring the Brisbane Museum or the Queensland Art Gallery.
