The Blue Cow/Vail Village One of Vails best kept secrets...Try a Swiss Hot Dog at the Blue Cow, hard to explain but youv'e probably never tasted such an incredible hot dog! The soup here is unusually good too!

Great locals spot to grab a drink/elk sausage/homemade chicken soup after skiing. Small space, fills up quickly.
