The name Fahrenheit 600 is an interesting one and the owners were glad to share the story behind it. It’s simply because most of the dishes served here such as pizza, pasta, toast and sandwich are baked in an imported brick oven at 600 degrees consistently. As for the pizzas, Fahrenheit 600 does not pander to any designation whether it’s American or Italian, it’s all artisan style here. For desserts, Fahrenheit 600 serves a range of cakes, all hand-baked and in-house by their pastry chef who comes in everyday as early as 5am. Coffee is worth a mention here which is expertly prepared by Brass Boiler located at the back of the restaurant
