Families with little children should definitely visit Bathurst's Miniature Railway. Make sure to check it is running when you visit as it is only open on the 3rd Sunday of the Month. Hours are 10.30am to 2.30pm. Combine this with visit to the adventure playground across the road and the kids will well and truly be worn out by day's end.
