Yoga! It's the best yoga studio in town. Classes are mild to hot and classes range from gentle to vigorous vinyasa flow. Fun!

We have been asked several times about where to go for a massage and after much research I think this is the best option. They offer several different types of massage and will even travel to the farm so you can have a massage here!!
