Alas, all of the best Mexican taquerias are in the Mission... this is one of our go-to's for burritos and chicken flautas. The other is Express Liquor and Pupuseria

Mexican food. Good and price is reasonable. Happy hour: 3pm - 6pm ( Monday - Friday). Tacos and burritos are much cheaper during happy hours.
