Westminster Pier Park New Westminster, BC It's the park that I find especially enjoyable to walk through. It's pretty, right on the river and a great ambiance with lot's of parking nearby. WOW Westminster is a popular outdoor art installation along the New Westminster Quay. The 140-foot display is made out of shipping containers and was designed by José Resende. This is one of the hottest photo spots in New West for visitors and locals alike. Make sure to check it out because the only way to do it justice is seeing it in person!
