Easy 20 min in and out hike with gorgeous waterfall views.

One of my favorite waterfalls at it is great for novice hikers, seniors, dogs, and kids. The water is very cold yet refreshing in July. What is nice about these falls is that you can get right up next to it for wonderful photos, picnic, meditation, splash with the dog or kids, write poetry, sing, dance, laugh.

This hike is considered easy, we took 3 kids ages ranging from 3-14. About an hour half total there and back. Small sliding rock for kids. No swimming hole but can hang out for about 30 minutes or so before you've done it all. Our small poodle mix did well on this hike.

This is a an easy hike - even for kids. And the waterfall is spectacular - especially after a rain. If you only have the chance to visit one waterfall - this is the one. It's right down the road from Laurelwood Retreat.
