The beautiful castle Belvedere, is so close to the flat. You can go there with the citybikes or by public transport very easy. There is a museum (perfect place) and a great park (free entry for this botanical garden and park)

The Belvedere is a historic building complex in Vienna, consisting of two Baroque palaces (the Upper and Lower Belvedere), built as a summer residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy. One must see in Vienna!
