Craving for that authentic Chicken Inasal? Where else is the best place to taste it but its place of origin. Near SM City Bacolod is an array of stalls offering this Bacolod City favorite. Unlike the usual taste we get from those offered by fast food chains, the authentic inasal is on the tangy side best eaten with sinamak.

If you are in Bacolod city and you did not try out the famous Chicken Inasal then you are missing, you should try to fix this at the Manokan Country. The food complex is in an entire street of the hole in the wall restaurants were selling various types of grilled foods and also the Bacolod Chicken Inasal.

Can't find the pin for this one - Nena's Beth Manokan /Pacita's. This is hands down my on the top of my lists for inasalan in Manokan country. The tourist and food blogs will bring you in Aida's but the locals will bring you to this spot. Oh, and if you're lucky and ask for a discount, the owner will gladly give you one ;)
