If you want really good meats, go to Plath's. They also sell hot dogs and a few specialty grocery items. They've been around for over 100 years, so you know they're good.

Great local butcher! have everything you could imagine. Get the habanero and mango sausages. Red meat is behind the counter so just ask....like I said, they have everything!
