Guay Jub or it might also be called Guay Chap, Kuay Chaps, or Kuay Jub—all meaning the same thing. Rice chip with Crunchy Pork Soup filled with Chinese five spices blend powder with pork. The taste is even more mellow and sweet. This shop is the original best since their family moved from Bangkok to Chiangmai starting the shop 60 years ago.
