It is thanks to his approach and expertise in making gelato that he is quickly becoming one of the masters of the craft in Italy. We recommend his "Fichi e Cioccolato" (Dried Figs and Chocolate), "Noci e Mandarino" (Walnuts and Tangerine), "Pistacchio e Ricotta" (Pistachios with Buffalo ricotta) among the many more he will have available during the summer season. Forget the sugary, tasteless ice cream you're used to in touristy places. Here, you're not just in for a treat; you'll find an artisan, one of the few left in the whole country.
