Gone are the days of having to bring your own meat to the Cook Islands. Prime Foods is the best place to buy meat and specialty foods and on the Island. They also stock fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as dry goods, all at competitive prices.

big tip here - our local fresh food shop, only use the main supermarket for your dried goods, this shop has all the best fresh meat, veges and lots of local fresh produce - you're welcome !
