The Burque Bakehouse is a bakery churning out pastries, breads, and small sweets that began as a stand at Albuquerque's downtown farmers' markets , Grab their goods to-go in the South Broadway neighborhood of downtown Albuquerque. Everything they make is hand-crafted, hand-rolled and made with painstaking care in our Albuquerque, New Mexico bakehouse. Their ingredients are sourced from many local farms & mills in New Mexico and the surrounding four corners region. All of their croissants take 3 days to make. Some take 4!
