Jansz is a great restaurant in the middle of the famous "negen straatjes" (the nine streets), the atmosphere and interior is really wonderful.

A bit upscale; situated in a boutique hotel this is a lovely spot for a soup or delicious salmon brioche for lunch. Or simply coffee and people watching if you are walking around the Jordaan.

The restaurant that pairs with the stunning Pulitzer Hotel -- amazing food, drinks, and ambiance. Definitely one for the books.
